adieu o’side

Monday, February 3rd, 2014

Great hopes are held by the Southern California boatman in view of the possibilities of some new harbors being developed between Newport-Balboa and San Diego areas. A loan of $10,000 was requested by Max McComas, Oceanside city councilman, to be used in the planning of a proposed three million dollar small craft harbor north of the San Luis Rey River.
